Skill trees
Pull-Up, Muscle-Up, Handstand, the one-arm work. Each skill is a tree you climb, position by position, until moves that looked impossible are just yours.
Every session moves your story forward. Climb real ranks, unlock skills you thought were out of reach, and watch the old version of you fall behind. The training arc, except this one is yours.
TestFlight invites go to the waitlist first.

The arc
Skills you unlock. A build that takes shape. A program that moves with you. Every session the numbers climb, and the version of you that felt out of reach gets a little closer.
Pull-Up, Muscle-Up, Handstand, the one-arm work. Each skill is a tree you climb, position by position, until moves that looked impossible are just yours.
Six attributes that shift every time you train. Power, vitality, control and the rest. The hex is the shape of who you are becoming.
The week bends to you. It eases off when you are cooked, travels when you do, swaps a lift when a muscle is still smoked.
Skill trees
Every skill is a tree. You start at a dead hang and climb, position by position, until one-arm work is just something you do. You do not grind reps for it. You earn the next move by owning the one before it.

Variant tree
Every node is a real position. Branch out, then hit the keystone.

Rank path
Each tier is its own standard. Reps, holds, or a clean position, calibrated per skill.

Skill guide
Form, assist, tips, and fixes. One coaching layer at a time.
Build Hex
Six attributes, and every one of them moves when you train. Power-heavy, control-heavy, your own strange shape. It never maxes out. Day one it is a sliver. A year in, it is a silhouette you recognize.
Build Hex
Power Hybrid
Tap a path and the hex reshapes to the build it produces.

The program
A routine library, named challenges, and conditioning blocks. The program is never static. It reads your training and adjusts. A deload when volume spikes. A travel protocol when you're off the rack. A one-tap swap when a muscle is still smoked. It suggests, and you decide.
Rank ladder
Nine ranks between your first session and Ascendant. You do not drift upward. Each one is a wall, and a single named trial is the only way through.

Day one. Show up, log the first sets, establish a baseline.
Foundation

First real proof of work. The Awakening is behind you.
Foundation

Technique and volume start to repeat. A practice exists.
Foundation

Strong intermediate. The Reckoning tested it under fatigue.
Refinement

Advanced. Consistency is no longer a phase.
Refinement

Mastery. The rough edges of advanced get filed off.
Refinement

Elite. The Ten Hundred trial, a thousand reps, earned this.
Flagship

The Restriction broke. A complete break from baseline.
Flagship

Top of the ladder. The Ascension. Perpetual prestige.
Highest rank
Gated by trial
Every rank has a trial standing in front of it. One brutal, named workout. You beat it or you do not, and nothing else moves you up.
The journey
A body timeline from day zero to now. A photo calendar that logs every session you train. Nothing decays. The streak, the progress shots, and the ranks you earned all stay. It becomes your hero log.

FAQ
Closed beta opens first for waitlist members. The public App Store release follows after the TestFlight wave.
Yes. Ranks are gated by explicit strength and skill standards, not a grindable XP pool. You hit the number, you earn the tier. The math is documented.
No. You pick a path. Lifter, Calisthenics, or Hybrid, and the program adapts to bodyweight, dumbbells, a home setup, or a full gym. Both paths reach Ascendant.
Nothing decays. Earned ranks are permanent. A layoff just shows stale markers and an honest recent best. Re-run a trial when you come back and you get a comeback boost.
