Skill trees

Every skill has its own variant tree. Pull-Up, Muscle-Up, Handstand, L-Sit, Pistol. You climb from dead hang to one-arm work, node by node.

Build Hex

Six attributes drawn from real logged work. Power, Agility, Endurance, Control, Mobility, Explosiveness. The hex is your build identity.

Adaptive program

The week bends to you: deload when you're cooked, a travel protocol off the rack, one-tap swaps when a muscle is still smoked.

Each skill has its own variant tree mapped to nine tiers, from dead hang to one-arm work. You don't grind reps to rank up. You prove the position against a hard standard, and a guided coaching layer gets you there.

FAQ

When does it launch?

Closed beta opens first for waitlist members. The public App Store release follows after the TestFlight wave.

Is the progression real?

Yes. Ranks are gated by explicit strength and skill standards, not a grindable XP pool. You hit the number, you earn the tier. The math is documented.

Do I need a gym?

No. You pick a path. Lifter, Calisthenics, or Hybrid, and the program adapts to bodyweight, dumbbells, a home setup, or a full gym. Both paths reach Ascendant.

What happens if I stop training?

Nothing decays. Earned ranks are permanent. A layoff just shows stale markers and an honest recent best. Re-run a trial when you come back and you get a comeback boost.
